The Benefits

• our groups are typically smaller – usually 5-15 people;
• our philosophy is that it is better to have more small groups than a few big ones
• groups can be co-ed, men only or women only;
• co-ed groups may, if they desire, separate for sharing time
• we always emphasize confidentiality and a safe place to meet
• we try to keep things straightforward and simple (just like AA has done throughout the decades)
